During these unprecedented times,at Hotel Milena we assure you that your safety and comfort as well as the safety of our staff remain our highest priority.In respose to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic,we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations provided by the Greek Government and the Myconos Hoteliers Association(MHA).Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure your wellbeing when you stay with us.
When you arrive:
-Please ensure you have all the required documents for your travel.
-The Check-in time has been moved back to 15:00
-Check-in will be done one room at time while following social distancing practices.
-We will take your temperature by thermometer.
-We will clean your luggage with anticeptic wipes or spray.
-This year we dont provide transfer but you can contact us to help you how to reach the hotel.
During your stay:
-Hand sanitisers have been placed in all public spaces as well as in guests’ rooms.
-Our staff have been fully trainedand comply with new hygiene rules and will be wearing face masks and rubber gloves.
-The day of your room cleaning will be determined following consultation with you .During your stay you room will NOT be cleaned daily.This also applies to linen (bed sheets, towels etc.)
-This year we will not have breakfast .
-In the event that you feel unwell and/or experience any of the Covid-19 symptoms please let the reception know immediately so that we can ensure your safety and the safety of the others.
When you leave :
-Please ensure you have all your personal belongings with you.After your stay your room will go through a thorough deep clean in order to be prepared for the next guests.This means that all personal items left behind will be disposed.
-The Check-out time has been brought forward to 11:00
-Check -out will be done one room at time while following social distancing practices.
